Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Assist in setting up and configuring computers, peripherals, and software applications. Document and track issues using our ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are updated and resolved. Perform routine maintenance and updates on workstations and other IT equipment. Educate users on best practices and provide guidance on how to use various software applications and tools. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to our support processes. Participate in ongoing training and development to expand your technical knowledge and skills. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to help others. Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems is a plus. Previous experience in a help desk or customer support role is a bonus.
