The Impact You-ll Make in this Role As a Shopper Marketing Specialist (m/f/*) for the Consume Business Group in the Central Europe Region, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Creation, Execution and Measurement of Shopper Marketing Execution Plan. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional shopper group, including their needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors. Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Mgrs, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Mgrs to execute on growth opportunities. Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns. Having deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations. Managing Channel Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizing according to sources of growth. To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification Experience in Consumer Marketing / B2C / FMCG Data driven mindset Good level of English and German Proficiency Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience in Project Management Master's Degree in Marketing Travel expectations: May include up to 10% (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands)(*) At 3M, we believe diversity & inclusion are essential to innovation.
