Day to Day

You will work in a team that is dedicated to executing our Development Roadmap in order to bring our FLOW Partner Automation Platform to the next level. You''ll report to the Director of Development and take day-to-day guidance from the Team Lead. Your responsibility will to contribute to the Sprints to be determined on a bi-weekly basis. Specific activities may include:

  • Core programming
  • Creating functionalities, such as validating and defining rules for messages or enabling customers to manipulate and manage documents
  • Troubleshooting and testing functions as well as security
  • Assisting with business system integrations
  • Navigating through time-sensitive transactional (EDI) data
  • Helping maintain existing code and products

Required Skills

Required experience:

  • .Net Core
  • .Net Framework 4.7 / 4.8
  • C#
  • .Net Core Web API
  • SQL Server databases

General qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development with a medium to high volume
  • An eye for detail with logical problem-solving skills
  • Technical savvy and the ability to adapt quickly
  • English language proficiency

Experience with at least some of these frameworks and technologies is strongly preferred:

  • Entity Framework (6 or Core)
  • Dependency injection
  • Azure technologies (storage, AppService, function apps, security)
  • Azure deployment, DevOps, CI
  • Actor system (preferably akka.net)
  • Basic HTML, JS, CSS knowledge
  • Blazor
  • Good understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSIX12 . . .)
  • Communication protocols
  • Git
  • Gitflow method
  • Bitbucket - source control repositories

You will work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office at least once a week. You may come in more frequently as you get up to speed.
