Change Management Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Management Lead to play a pivotal role in an ERP Transformation Project. HeShe will bridge the gap between business units, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of organizational needs and requirements across all solution delivery stakeholders. As a Change Management Lead, you will be instrumental in driving effective change throughout the region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison between business units to ensure a comprehensive understanding of organizational needs and requirements among solution delivery stakeholders.
- The Change Management Lead is responsible for creating and executing change management strategies and plans. These plans aim to maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes, whether related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, or organizational structures.
Essential Functions:
- Identify and document in-region impacted end-to-end business processes, both current and future state, utilizing business process improvement disciplines.
- Conduct impact analysis and provide support for business readiness and transition activities.
- Assess and validate solutions, both functional and non-functional, to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Facilitate cross-project team understanding of business processes and their impact on system design and implementation.
- Assist in Change Impact Assessments affecting associates, procedures, and operational and organizational changes arising from the project.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Change Readiness Assessment, ensuring stakeholders'' capabilities to accept and execute change are assessed and activities are realigned for readiness.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials, business process documentation, and technical instructions to ensure consistency and governance of documentation in the region.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties, project teams, track leads, and subject matter experts to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan, ensuring successful business transformation and change activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master''s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in change management, business process improvement, and project management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their impact on organizational change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders.
- Drives the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to the upcoming changes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training materials.
- Knowledge of change management best practices and methodologies.
- Certification in change management is considered a plus.
