Member Service Representative with Dutch (40 hrs p/w)

About the role:
This position offers an opportunity to deliver the highest levels of customer experience aligned with our standards and targets. You will respond timely and effectively to inquiries from our Clients and Distributors (Members) via all communication channels, as well as ensure proper data maintenance. You will also support technical and ad hoc project roll-outs, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing. As an Ambassador of the Herbalife Brand, you will align with corporate values and EMEA goals to uphold the brand''s image. Additionally, this position involves participating in events several times a year, typically held on weekends, such as Member Meetings, Sales Events, and Field Visits to Members, where you will represent the Company and provide support to ensure their success.
Our Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Customer Service area
- Excellent command of Dutch
- Good command of English
- An outgoing and positive attitude
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High ability to coach, educate & positively influence Members
- A strong desire to make a positive contribution to the team, internal customers, and Members
- Can Do Attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great organizational skills
- PC literacy
