**Job Description**

**Role and Responsibilities**

Engage with customers to prepare competitive bids and negotiate terms autonomously.
Drive business growth by winning contracts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring compliance with contract commitments.
Prepare competitive and compliant tender submissions for high voltage Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) installations, along with Power Transformer services.
Execute the commercial operating plan for Pacific Services, ensuring margin and top-line growth.
Formulate and develop competitive proposals while managing operational and commercial risks in collaboration with Utilities, Generation companies, and Industries.
Ensure commercial terms align with GE guidelines, securing necessary management approvals.
Maintain accurate data in the CRM system (Salesforce) for precise sales planning.
Deliver monthly and quarterly business forecasts and meet growth KPIs.
Develop targeted sales strategies and manage support from specialized expertise.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers to build and maintain customer relationships and close deals.
Manage and motivate Channel Partners to achieve sales targets and enhance channel effectiveness

**About you:**

Electrical Engineer or possess an Electrical trade qualification.
Successful experience in Service Sales, Tendering, or Projects within Electrical High Voltage Products or related sectors.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the sales process from quotes to tendering.
Proven ability to develop winning proposals and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Experience in Pacific markets is preferred but not essential.
Proficient in English, Dutch, and/or French.
You could be located in Switzerland, Benelux, Netherlands Or even Germany or France!
